"It was okay. The car was what was expected and pictured. However I would rather meet a human as it made it sound, the car had many dings not pictured as the pictures were far out, the paper plates were expired, the car smell was masked with lot of air freshener, which the wrappers were tossed on the ground next to the car, unexpectedly spent money to get the car out of parking and took almost an hour to get the car which traveling at 11pm isnt what you want. Additionally they wanted me to drop it in a parking place with no reservation and it was full, tried calling, no answer so had to make my own decision to make my flight in time. Wouldn’t do it again. However there was no issues with the car."

"Communication through booking to drop off was excellent. Car was excellent condition. The one thing to be aware is there will likely be back charges after drop off. I got charged additional cleaning fee a couple days after dropping off at airport parking even though I had cleared and swept everything prior to returning the car. Overall, good experience but ruined by unjust cleaning charges which eventually were disputed. 3 stars and +1 to driver as he was so friendly and kicked off my Houston trip on a good note. "

"This car was spotless I highly recommend renting it. The only issue I had was the cleaning fee. We ran the sweeper in the car and did not have it washed because we were driving an hour into Houston and it had rained. They still charged me for washing the outside of the vehicle but I disputed it and they worked with me and only charged me . Just beware of the cleaning fee other than that everything was perfect we have been renting from Turo for the last five years and I highly recommend this service."

"The car was nice and clean. Delivery went as plan, and drop off was made convenient for us too. Our big issue was that the USB port did not charge our phones, which was a major downfall for us on this trip. The steering column also makes concerning noises when making tight, slow turns."

"The owner was very understanding that I was from out of town. He was very nice and answered all the questions i had very quickly.
